About Me:
Throughout the years, I have developed a fondness for helping plants, particularly veggies and other foods, grow in the dirt. Born and raised in San Francisco, I realized that even with the smaller garden areas I had access to, I was pretty good at it!
My goal in starting this company is to share my knowledge and skills of urban farming with others in hopes of bringing people's dream gardens and landscapes to life, promoting self-sustaining practices, and empowering people to grow their own organic food within even the smallest city spaces.
Cosman's Original Farm
Growing up, eating vegetables was a daunting task. I never thought that one day, I would be looking forward to coming home to enjoy a veggie filled meal. Once my passion for gardening inspired me to convert my overgrown, grassy backyard into a thriving urban farm, there was no turning back. What was once unused space, has now become a San Francisco urban farm producing ready to pick, homegrown, organic produce just a few steps outside the house.
With hard work and experimentation, Cosman's Original Farm continues to grow and expand. Our urban farm now has its own nursery where organic plant starts are cared for until they are ready to go into their new homes. We continue to develop an urban farm that is fits our personal aesthetic with different varieties of edible plants. Urban farming has helped me live a healthier lifestyle and turn the small space I have available to me into a thriving landscape.
